/Commonwealth Ombudsman does deal to coverup misconduct by senior management at ITSA
On the 11th November 2011 Alison Larkins,Acting Commonwealth Ombudsman and Diane Merryfull assistant Senior Commonwealth Ombudsman met with representatives of senior Management at ITSA.
The Commonwealth Ombudsman had extensive evidence of systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act. This had been instigated by Mathew Osborne Principal Legal Officer at ITSA.
Instead of exposing this practice and behaviour,The Commonwealth Ombudsman did a deal with ITSA to cover this up.
The Commonwealth Ombudsman is protecting the behaviour of
*Veronique Ingram ,Inspector General at ITSA
*Adam Toma National Manager Enforcement and Regulations
*Mark Findlay Bankruptcy Regulations
*Mathew Osborne,Principal Legal Officer at ITSA
