FOI report on deal between Commonwealth Ombudsman and ITSA to coverup systemic corrupt Conduct

I have received a letter from Luke Phelps Senior Legal Officer at the Commonwealth Ombudsman.

They are now considering releasing a copy of the report made by the acting Commonwealth Ombudsman and Diane Merryfull Assistant Ombudsman made on the 11^th November 2011 where a deal was done with ITSA to cover up systemic corrupt conduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act..

I am told they may needs extra time for an extension............. How very funny.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it that the Commonwealth Ombudsman needs extra time to write a new report to attempt to cover up the deal they have made with ITSA.....................

Alison Larkins has been referred to the APS Commissioner for corrupt conduct. She continues the same unethical behavior as Alan Asher.

I find it very amusing the Commonwealth Ombudsman has sent me such a letter................... of course they are not going to expose the deal that has been done with ITSA.

The Commonwealth Ombudsman was given extensive evidence of Systemic corrupt conduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act at ITSA. Instead of exposing this as required under Section 15 of the Ombudsmans Act Alison Larkins and Diane Merryfull did a deal with ITSA to cover it up and protect...............
