Mathew Osborne/Commonwealth Ombudsman makes deal to protect misconduct by Mathew Osborne

diane Merryfull/ Commonwealth Ombudsman does deal to coverup misconduct at ITSA

Alison Larkins/Commonwealth Ombudsman

On the 11th November 2011 Alison Larkins, Acting Commonwealth Ombudsman and Diane Merryfell met with representatives of senior management of ITSA. The meeting was to discuss extensive evidence of systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act. This behaviour  had been instigated by Mathew Osborne Principal Legal Officer at ITSA and involved senior management at ITSA including the Inspector General, Veronique Ingram.
Instead of exposing this the Commonwealth Ombudsman did a deal with ITSA to protect and cover this up.
The Commonwealth Ombudsman is protecting...
*** Veronique Ingram, Inspector general Bankruptcy
*** Mathew Osborne, Principal Legal Officer ITSA
***Mark Findlay, Manager Bankruptcy Regulations
***Adam Toma, National Manager Enforcement and Regulations.
Other senior management involved are...
Cheryl Cullen , Julie Padget NSW Manager BFI Jeff Hanley and ex members of ITSA Florence Choo Deputy Official Receiver  NSW and ACT  and Official Receiver NSWand ACT Giulia Inga
The behavior of Alison Larkins clearly shows how unethical the Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman is.
Alison Larkins has been referred to the Australian Public Service Commissioner.
What deals will the Commonwealth Ombudsman do here to attempt to cover this up???
