On the 11th November 2011 the acting Commonwealth Ombudsman Alison Larkins and Diane Merryfull senior assistant Ombudsman met with representatives of senior Management of ITSA.
The Commonwealth Ombudsman had extensive evidence of systemic misconduct and breaches of the Bankruptcy Act by senior management. This behaviour was instigated by Mathew Osbourne Principal Legal Officer at ITSA.
Instead of exposing the atrocious behaviour of Mathew Osborne the Commonwealth Ombudsman did a deal to cover up his behaviour.
This is highly unethical behaviour by Alison Larkins who's predecessor had to resign because of unethical behaviour.
Veronique Ingram Inspector General ITSA was aware of the conduct and chose to ignore this misconduct
